Through advanced patented technology, Aemerge converts problematic waste into clean energy and beneficial carbon co-products. As a zero-landfill, carbon negative solution, Aemerge is a win-win-win: waste producers have their problems solved; renewable, base-load electricity is provided directly to the power grid; and supply is generated for users of carbon co-products.
The processing facility uses an energy efficient patented technology (“Carbonizer”) for the treatment and elimination of medical waste that cannot, by law, be treated or landfilled in the State of California. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has already approved the Carbonizer as an alternative technology for all types of medical waste treatment.
