Processing Seized Material So Cal (DRR16003)


CalRecycle has elected to not execute the Agreement.


Addendum 1 (MS Word, 84 KB) was released May 4, 2017

The primary purpose of this Agreement is to provide services to offload and process material seized due to interdiction efforts by law enforcement at or near the California borders with Nevada and Arizona at four inspection points, though most interdictions have occurred at or near the Blythe Border station. Typical seizure of material is in the thousands of pounds; the largest to date was approximately 40,000 pounds.
