This Contract is for a three-part study to research and identify organic materials, compostable and potentially compostable packaging materials, and food service ware associated with food waste in California’s organic recycling stream that are not being recycled. The objective of this Contract is to gather useful and accurate composition data from sampling facilities throughout the state.
