Intend to Award
The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery intends to award the contract for SB 54 Regulations California Environmental Quality Act, DRR23058 to Catalyst Environmental Solutions.
CalRecycle is seeking a qualified Contractor with experience in CEQA compliance to prepare an analysis of the potential environmental impacts of implementing SB 54 (Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022) regulations and prepare and file either a Negative Declaration, Mitigated Negative Declaration, or Environmental Impact Report following the results of an Initial Study.
