Dear stakeholders,
As we transition into the new Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (aka CalRecycle), we will be working on processes to keep the public informed of pending decisions and upcoming activities and to provide opportunities for public comment. To that end, the Department is holding two public meetings this month, one on January 11 for the Waste Compliance and Mitigation Program and one on January 13 for the Materials Management and Local Assistance Program (formerly known as the Sustainability Program).

The agenda for the January 13 meeting will be posted shortly and is attached. Both of these meetings will be led by program management.
