CalRecycle will consider adoption of the proposed revisions to the Rigid Plastic Packaging Container (RPPC) Regulations after the January public meeting for the Department. The revisions are needed to more effectively and efficiently implement the existing RPPC regulations (Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Sections 17942-17949) and statute (Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections 42300-42345). The meeting is scheduled for:

As part of the public meeting, CalRecycle staff will present a summary of the proposed revisions to the RPPC regulations. After adoption, the revised regulations will be forwarded to the Office of Administrative Law for final approval.
