Notice of Changes to Rulemaking Documents for the Sustainable Packaging for the State of California Act of 2018 (SB 1335)

A 15-day written public comment period to review documents incorporated by reference in the proposed regulations and technical documents relied upon for the development of the proposed regulations and economic analysis for the Sustainable Packaging for the State of California Act of 2018 (SB 1335) will begin on October 13, 2020, and end on October 27, 2020, at 11:59 pm.

The following documents are incorporated by reference in the proposed regulation but not previously included in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.

During this 15-day written comment period, CalRecycle is providing the opportunity to review additional technical documents that were relied upon for the development of the proposed regulations and economic analysis but not previously included in the Initial Statement of Reasons. These documents are available for viewing online at the links below and at our offices, upon request.

CalRecycle revised the Economic and Fiscal Impact Statement (Form 399 and Appendix). During this 15-day written comment period, CalRecycle is making these documents available for comment on the SB 1335 rulemaking website at: https://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/laws/rulemaking/foodservice.
