CalRecycle’s Rubberized Pavement Grant Program anticipates releasing the FY 2015-16 applications in late September 2015.
CalRecycle made various changes to the program, including enhanced benefits to your jurisdiction. These changes are detailed in the Request for Approval, which will be presented at the September 15, 2015, CalRecycle monthly meeting. These proposed changes are also summarized in the attached document.

Interested applicants will use CalRecycle’s online grant management system (GMS), to submit grant applications. To access this online system, you will need to obtain a CalRecycle WebPass. You may do this now, or wait until you receive notification of the application release via our listserv.
To avoid delays and possible disqualification, we suggest you make arrangements to have an appropriate resolution placed on your Board or Council's agenda. Remember that resolutions may be authorized for up to 5 years. For resolution examples, please visit our website.
