Hello CUPA Managers and Primary Contacts:
All revisions to the 2017 CERS Violation Library have been completed in the CERS "testing" environment and can be accessed at:

NEW violations have a "Begin Date" of November 1, 2017 and an "End Date" of December 31, 2099.
Existing violations that have been replaced with an edited version now have an "End Date" of October 31, 2017.
The revisions will be available (go LIVE) in CERS on November 1, 2017.
We appreciate your patience in awaiting these final revisions.
CalEPA recognizes the need to adjust the "Violation Library Change Management Process" to better incorporate time for QA/QC review of the Violation Library revisions in unison with the revision efforts of the CUPA Forum Board inspection check list as well as time for CUPAs to access the Violation Library revisions in the "testing" environment prior to the revisions going LIVE in CERS. These changes will be proposed to the Data Steering Committee for resolution.
