Rubberized Pavement Grant Program Subscribers:
CalRecycle’s Rubberized Pavement Grant Program anticipates releasing the Fiscal Year 2023-24 application mid July 2023, per the signed Criteria RFA. Available funding will be $5,084,439, subject to change.
The grant solicitation’s tentative timeline is reflected below:

Interested applicants will use CalRecycle’s online grant management system (GMS), to submit grant applications. To access this online system, you will need to obtain a CalRecycle WebPass. You may do this now, or wait until you receive notification of the application release via our listserv.
To avoid delays and possible disqualification, we suggest you arrange to have an appropriate resolution placed on your Board or Council's agenda. Resolutions may be authorized for up to 5 years. For resolution examples, please visit our website.
