CalRecycle issued the Notice of Funding Availability for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and released the online application for the Rubberized Pavement Grant Program back in July. Interested applicants will use CalRecycle’s online Grant Management System (GMS), to submit a grant application. To get started, see page 15 of the Application Guidelines and Instructions document for application access.
