On January 23, 2024, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the RDRS permanent regulations to clarify existing language and implement new reporting requirements added by Senate Bill (SB) 343 and Assembly Bill (AB) 881. The effective date of these regulations is April 1, 2024.
