The Product Stewardship for Carpets Law (Public Resources Code sections 42970 to 42983) requires the Director of CalRecycle to appoint a carpet advisory committee. The carpet advisory committee provides recommendations to a carpet manufacturer or carpet stewardship organization and to CalRecycle on carpet stewardship plans, plan amendments, and annual reports.
After a membership review and solicitation process, CalRecycle’s director appointed the following carpet members:
