Tedd Ward, Director of Del Norte Waste Management Authority, Nominated by a Statewide Rural County Association
Thomas Helme, Co-Founder/Project Director of Valley Improvement Projects, Represents an Environmental Justice Organization
April 19, 2024 SB 54 Advisory Board Meeting
On Friday, April 19, 2024, the SB 54 Advisory Board will host the Advisory Board meeting for the implementation of SB 54 (Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022).
During this meeting, the SB 54 Advisory Board will:
- Discuss draft regulations and propose recommendations to submit for the 45-Day comment period
