- Business: Keep America Beautiful conference recap/award, election results, focused topics/inquires, April 2024 Earth Day/Month Events.
- Abandoned Vehicles Project
- Presentation - status recap, plan.
- Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) clarified role and relationship regarding dismantling. Reminder that DTSC oversees the CUPAs, which also have some role.
- Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) presents their Consumer Assistance Programs - Smog Check Repair Assistance and Vehicle Retirement -- potential niche prevention strategy applicable to certain automobiles that may otherwise be dumped/abandoned.
- Caltrans Clean California update, including which parts of the program will end in June 2024.

- Mattress Recycling Council update including revisiting past CA Illegal Dumping Workshops Report
