SB 54 Advisory Board Meeting Announcement
May 17th, 2024 SB 54 Advisory Board Meeting
On Friday, May 17th, 2024, the SB 54 Advisory Board will host the next Advisory Board meeting for the implementation of SB 54 (Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022). During this meeting, the Advisory Board will discuss:
- Discussion of Advisory Board Charter
- Update from CalRecycle on Timelines for Regulations and Needs Assessment
- Update from the Producer Responsibility Organization
- Discussion of Process for Formulating Recommendations Regarding Barriers and Solutions to a Circular Economy, Consistent with SB 54
- Update on Efforts to Define “Administrative Support”
