SB 54 May Workshop Slides Posted on Webpage

On May 1, 2024, CalRecycle conducted a non-regulatory workshop on the Needs Assessment and Covered Material Categories List. Slides from the workshop are available on our website. As a reminder, CalRecycle will be accepting non-regulatory comments on CMCs until May 17, 2024. All written feedback can be submitted to packaging@calrecycle.ca.gov with the subject line: SB 54 Covered Material Categories Feedback.

Future Workshops:
At present, CalRecycle does not have any future scheduled workshops on SB 54. Any forthcoming workshop information shall be communicated via the listserv to ensure the public is aware and can participate.
