Dear Sir or Madam:

On April 17, 2019, CalRecycle conducted a webinar to assist the regulated community in understanding their potential registration and reporting obligations in the new Recycling and Disposal Reporting System (RDRS). Entities with a reporting obligation in RDRS must register by April 30, 2019. This webinar supplements the two previous workshops conducted on March 20 and 21 in Sacramento and Diamond Bar, which focused upon whether or not an entity would be required to register and report in RDRS.

Video recordings of the webinar, as well as the workshops from March 20 and 21, are on CalRecycle’s RDRS main page, located at:

March 20, 2019 Registration Workshop, Coastal Hearing Room, Cal/EPA Building (Slides | Video)

March 21, 2019 Registration Workshop, South Coast Air Quality Management District Auditorium (Slides | Audio | Video)

April 17, 2019 Registration Webinar, Byron Sher Auditorium, Cal/EPA Building

If your business, facility or operation has already registered in RDRS, CalRecycle would like to express its sincere thanks for your diligence and acknowledges your efforts to remain in pro-active compliance with the new regulatory requirements.

Stay tuned! CalRecycle will be conducting additional training and outreach activities related to the reporting module later this year. Details will be sent out via the RDRS@CalRecycle.ca.gov listserv (subscribe here).

Thank you,

RDRS Coordinator
