SB 343 (Allen) requires CalRecycle to conduct periodic characterization studies of material types and forms that are collected, sorted, sold, or transferred by solid waste facilities. This list provides stakeholders and interested parties with periodic updates including publishing of findings, public comment periods, upcoming studies, and other material and waste characterization related activities.
