Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

• Increase the SWFP permitted area from 78 to 79 acres for Recycling Center expansion with the proposed gate entrance grading.
• Extend closure date from 2021 to 2047.
• Decrease landfill capacity, from 5.1  to 4.56 mcy (million cubic yards)
• Increase storage capacity for recyclables.
• Addition of in-vessel food waste composting operations
