Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:
• New Solid Waste Facilities Permit to allow Anaerobic Digestion of 500 tons per day of compostable material (green material, pre and post-consumer food material, mixed solid waste, agricultural material) on a 22.45 acre facility.
• Permitted hours of operation for the proposed project are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 8 am – 6 pm (7 days per week for material delivery and export).
