Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: - Change from transfer station only to transfer station/compost facility/anaerobic digestion facility, - Increase to 1,500 tons per day received from current 500 tons per day, - Increase total permitted area to 38 acres (32.5 transfer/processing and 5.5.composting) from current 10 acres, - Increase in maximum 443 vehicles per day from current 131 vehicles per day, - Add second office/maintenance building, "dirty MRF building", covered compost area, and storage areas, - No change in operating hours
