Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

 

  • An increase in permitted acreage from 77 to 105 to include an additional 28 acres for storage and final processing of compost material

 

 

  • An increase in permitted hours of operation from 6:00am-6:00pm to 24 hours for feedstock receiving, screening and windrow turning

 


  • An increase in permitted design capacity from 500,000 cubic yards to 576,000 cubic yards
