Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility accepting municipal solid waste and source-separated recyclables; Hours of Operation for receipt, processing and transfer – 24 hours per day/7 days per week; Permitted Tonnage - 250 tons per day (tpd); Permitted Area - 1.73 acres; and Design Capacity - 250 tpd.
