Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase the permitted daily tonnage from 500 tons per day (tpd) to 1,000 tpd; increase the permitted traffic volume from 85 vehicles per day (vpd) to 110 vpd; receipt of additional types of food material; and change the name from Tulare County Compost and Biomass, Inc. to Harvest Power California, LLC.  There will be no increase in permitted area or change in hours.
