Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase the permitted hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Saturday hours will remain the same at 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.); remove sewage sludge and biosolids from the list of prohibited materials; add the use of sludge and sludge derived products and all other acceptable alternative daily cover materials listed in Title 27, California Code of Regulation Section 20690; and use of the new facility entrance located on Avenue 328.  There will be no increase in design capacity, maximum daily tonnage, or permitted area.
