Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

• An increase in the maximum daily tonnage received each operating day from 1,250 tons per day to 1,800 tons per day.

• An increase in the maximum elevation of the landfill from approximately 50 feet mean sea level (MSL) to 80 feet MSL.

• An increase in hours for Resource Recovery Operations from 6:00am to 10:00pm 7 days per week to 6:00am to 12:00am 7 days per week.

• Allow a portion of the flat top-deck surface of the on-site landfill to be used for employee parking and equipment/truck parking.

• Adding an additional inbound scale to existing scale house operations.

• Constructing a new, two story office/administration building (approximately 6,400 square feet).
