Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: include windrow composting as an operation; expand the outdoor recycling operations area from 25 acres to 43 acres; continue operations for the recycling of concrete and asphalt (inerts), metals and white goods (appliances) including processing end of life vehicles (EOL); and addition of equipment storage, warehouse and parking area.
