Benton Crossing Landfill - Inyo County

The Inyo County Environmental Health Department granted a waive of standards for the Benton Crossing Landfill for a period of 120 days, for the Round Fire debris removal program.  As part of the cleanup effort, large volumes of concrete material and soil for re-use, recycling and as necessary disposal may cause the landfill toe exceed their permitted maximum tonnage of 500 tons per day.
