Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: The proposed facility will be a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility; Hours of operation for materials receipt and transport will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays; Permitted hours for cleaning and maintenance will be 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday; Permitted tonnage will be 1,000 tons per day (tpd) with a design capacity of 1,500 tpd; and permitted area will be 10.5 acres.
