Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

• Update to the SWFP Section 17, Condition O, removing language referring to an interim operations plan for the facility during the remodel construction which is now completed. 

• Update to Section 15 to reference the 2015 Transfer Processing Report (TPR) which describes the current facility operations post remodel construction.
