This Recycling Facility Financing Seminar will focus on public and private financing of recycling facilities through tax exempt bonds, grants and loans, and other assistance. The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), California Pollution Control Financing Authority (CPCFA) and California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank) will each be providing overviews of related financing programs, including case studies, along with a presentation by a private sector financing panel. Roundtable meetings will be held after the presentations for additional information and networking.
