Consideration of Addendum #2 to the California Carpet Stewardship Plan

Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) submitted an amendment to the California Carpet Stewardship Plan (referred to as Addendum #2) on October 9, 2015. CalRecycle considered Addendum #2 at its monthly public meeting on 10/20/15. Additionally, CARE has stated it will be submitting an Addendum #3 by November 30, 2015 that will cover remaining key issues not addressed in Addendum #2.
