Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: The proposed facility will be a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility (combining an existing Small Volume Chipping and Grinding Operation and a Medium Volume Construction and Demolition/Inert Debris Processing Facility); Hours of operation for materials receipt will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays; Permitted hours for transfer/processing/maintenance will be 2:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., 7 days a week; Permitted tonnage will be 360 tons per day (tpd) with a design capacity of 360 tpd; Permitted traffic volume will 295 vehicles per day; and Permitted area will be 1.1 acres.
