CalRecycle’s Recycling Program Enforcement Branch (RPEB) will host the first in a series of public workshops to review and discuss the provision in Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 14552(a) pertaining to prepayment controls associated with CalRecycle’s auditing system for program payments. Based upon the information provided and public comments received at these workshops it is CalRecycle’s intent to initiate rulemaking.
