Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

1. Facility name change from “BFI – The Recyclery” to “BFI Newby Island Recyclery”.

2. Updates to the name and mailing address of the land owner.

3. Updated mailing address of the local Enforcement Agency.

4. Updating the 1999 version of the SWFP to include more current references to governing documents by other regulatory agencies.

5. Site specific LEA permit conditions were transferred to the proposed modified SWFP from the original 1999 permit.  No additional restrictive terms or conditions were added to the proposed modified SWFP.

6. A new comprehensive Storm-water Pollution Prevention Plan; dated June 30, 2015 incorporating a plan for all the Newby Island facilities combined.
