Kirby Canyon Recycling and Disposal Facility - City of San Jose

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

 

 

  • The proposed modification will allow for a decrease in the total permitted facility boundary acreage decreased from 827 acres to 743 acres.  The permitted disposal acreage remains the same 311 acres.

 

 

  • Supporting documents will also be updated.
