Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

 

  • Name change from Westlake Farms Composting Facility to Tulare Lake Compost.

  • The removal of Enforcement Agency condition “o”.  A Valid Public Water Supply Permit for the facility, issued by the Kings County Environmental Health Services, must be in place prior to, and as a condition of the facility operation.
