Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

- Update to owner/operator address

- Change the closure year from 2023 to 2076

- Update to design capacity from 1,642,111 CY to 1,566,103 CY

- Update dates of operating documents

- Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations and/or the monitoring program;

- Update the JTD.
