Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase tonnage from 500 tons per day (TPD) to 1,080 TPD; increase site acreage from 1.26 acres to 1.61 acres; update the Transfer Processing Report, and updates to the LEA findings and conditions of the Solid Waste Facility Permit.
