Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit

 Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

  • Increase the total permitted area from 301.36 acres to 331 acres;

  • Increase the estimated closure year from 2019 to 2030; and

  • Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations and/or the monitoring program.
