Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: The proposed facility will be a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility; Hours of operation for materials receiving will be 7:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M, Monday-Saturday; Permitted hours for operations and transfer will be 6:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, Monday-Saturday; Permitted maximum tonnage will be 1,500 tons per day (tpd) with a facility design capacity of 1,500 tpd; and the permitted area will be 3.81 acres.
