Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters:

• The proposed facility will be a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility;
• Hours of operation for materials receiving will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week;
• Permitted hours for operations to the public 5:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M, Monday-Friday, 6:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, Saturday;
• Permitted maximum tonnage will be 1,000 tons per day with a facility design capacity of 1,250 tpd; and
• Permitted area will be 11.95 acres.
