Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

 

  • An increase in the permitted daily tonnage of organic material received from 400 tpd to 500 tpd. 
  • No change to the permitted maximum daily tonnage of 760 tons per day.
  • Add covered storage areas to MRF operations
  • Incorporate an updated Transfer Processing Report
  • No changes in hours of operation, materials accepted, or vehicle count are proposed
