Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Expand the disposal footprint from 76.4 to 77.07 acres;  Increase the maximum elevation of Modules 1-4 from 1,360 to 1,386 mean sea level; Correct the design capacity on the first page of the permit to reflect the design capacity rather than the remaining capacity, including the additional 166,000 cubic yards of capacity from the expansion; Update the estimated closure date from 2042 to 2039; and Incorporate the updated Joint Technical Document.
