Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following: Transition from a temporary permit to a Full Solid Waste Facilities Permit; the facility is currently permitted to accept 400 tons of CDI debris under a temporary solid waste facility permit. The proposed design will be for a MRF/Transfer Station that will be permitted to accept 1,000 tons of municipal solid waste and 500 tons of CDI debris per day and will operate from 7 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.
