SB 1383 (Chapter 355, Statutes of 2015) Short-Lived Climate Pollutants (SLCP): Organic Waste Methane Emissions Reductions-Stakeholder Workshop

This is the first of what will be a series of workshops intended to provide an opportunity for informal stakeholder feedback on the creation of regulations related to SB 1383. Calrecycle staff will provide an overview of the law, topics for which regulations are needed, and preliminary questions for consideration and comment. A workshop will also be held in Northern California on February14th for those unable to attend in Diamond Bar (both will be broadcast).
