Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

  • Acreage in permit increasing from 121.7 total  (disposal  97) to 146.9 total (disposal 122.3)

  • Volumetric Capacity increasing from 13,186,000 to 23,007,696

  • Estimated closure date changing from 2028 to 2048.
