Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Allow for the consolidation of the existing ERR facility and SANCO Recycling Transfer Processing Station into the ERR Solid Waste Facility Permit; Increase the operational area from 53,285 square feet to 216,476 square feet; Incorporate a self-haul construction demolition and inert debris processing operation, a mixed waste processing operation and anaerobic digestion operation; Increase design capacity from 5,249 tons per day (TPD) to 8,743 TPD; Increase the permitted daily tonnage from 2,500 TPD to 3,223 TPD (which is the existing ERR and SANCO facilities combined permitted tonnage); and expand the perimeter boundary from 5.97 acres to 11.1 acres.
