Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase the permitted daily tonnage from 5,830 tons per day (TPD) to 6,700 TPD (not to exceed the existing maximum weekly tonnage limit of 35,000 tons per week); Update the permitted landfill boundary from 410 acres to 408.97 acres; Update the estimated closure date from 2028 to 2030; and Updates to the Joint Technical Document and Preliminary Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Plan.
